This is the first year that I made absolutely zero New Year's Resolutions. I was too busy! Time seems to be flying lately. I hardly need any goals to keep occupied. Hopefully as things settle down in the next few (months?!?) I will be able to think about some good goals for this year. We drove out to South Carolina to celebrate Annika and Keith's wedding and so we were with all our extended Bruno family for New Year's Eve. I hope 2014 is as great as 2013 was to our family!

Christmas Eve...
After the Nativity the kids set out cookies for Santa and hung their stockings. Our littles opened their first gift (traditional pjs) and headed to bed. Of course, the night was just beginning for the parents who would be busy elves for the next few hours.
Silent Night
...or maybe actually not so silent!
We had plenty of people to play the parts of the Nativity this Christmas Eve.

Five Years Together, He Still Gets To Me
We have had five years of adventures and eternity to go. Some highlights from the day of our 5 year anniversary:
I slept in (heaven) and woke to this...each balloon had 10 memories from that year, so a total of 50 memories!

We found the BEST Korean restaurant in Westminster...to say I was excited would be a gross understatement.

Someone crashed our party
Lights
One of my favorite things about Christmas are the lights. Light, to me, is the best represntation of God's love and Jesus Christ. So of course, I always take as many opportunities as possible to enjoy the light of the season. When we go to Broomfield, we always go out to some of the best lights around town and it's so magical.
Fun at Grandma and Grandpa's
We always have so much fun at Grandma and Grandpa's house. This year since we were all together for the first time in forever ;), it was a bit crazy but there was lots of fun with cousins, a few movies, our traditional trip to the Rec Center (where Chiara climbed the rock wall for the first time), lots of goodies and delicious food, and maybe a few selfies...here's a quick couple of pictures I snapped in all the commotion!
